Last night we had a corporate prayer meeting at Sheila's home and I went with an expecatancy that God was going to break forth there with all the prayer going forth through the prayer-school. Sheila had a matching zeal and anticipation as I got there. I shared my expectations, but said this is "corporate prayer", so maybe we'll have to hold a prayer watch tomorrow night if this doesn't seem to be the place/setting.

Well, God did break forth! A spirit of prophecy broke into our prayer meeting! The spirit of prophecy was already on the one who was leading worship, and as Susan began to sing her song on "singing our prayers to Him", I just went with it and began to sing with her Lorraine's prayer! God moved mightily in the group! A spirit of worship was stirred! Tremendous intimacy with Him took place! God stirred up the gifts in each there! It was a grand night indeed!

While I'm sobered by the sense of a thourough cleansing and a separating of the unrighteous from the righteous coming, and impeding judgment upon the pride of men and of nations-- I am full of anticipation of the Day of the Lord, and join in with the multitudes crying, "Come! Come Lord Jesus!" As He says, "Yes, I'm coming soon!"

Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the people of the world revere Him. For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood firm. The Lord foils the plans of the nations; He thwarts the purposes of the peoples. But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people He chose for His inheritance. From heaven the Lord looks down and sees all mankind; from His dwelling place He watches all who live on earth-- He who forms the hearts of all, who considers everthing they do. No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save. But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine. We wait in hope for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His holy name. May Your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in You." (Ps 33:8 on) AMEN!

Lord, we humbly bow in awe at Your moving in our midst! Who, Lord, would ever have thought that You could bring us together this way, to link us up as an army of intercessors, a faceless people, to call upon Your name in this in which You are about to do! I come in agreement for the prayers for protection for the lives of each in this praer-school as we join in intercession, claiming the blood of Jesus to cover them all. And Lord, thank you for alerting some to stand post and watch for the enemy's attacks on those praying-- bring protection over these families, their communications, their finances, their health, their minds! In Christ Jesus' Name! Amen!
