                               Mud Pies



I was seeing  a vision of it pouring rain in the church today. There was
such excitement of the rain of the Holy Spirit and just being able to feel
the Lords presence in such a powerful way. Seeing him heal and deliver and
all kinds of stuff. But then saw some under the  falling rain, watching
things happening all around them. But crying out, well God if this is your
rain, why is it all I am getting is muddy? All that seems to be happening is
that the dirt and mud that gets kicked up by the rain. Making things muddier
and worse instead of better. People crying out to God saying, "this is
suppose to be good thing and desireable? My situations just don't change. I
keep getting mud thrown at me even! I seem to be getting yucky stuff
splashed up on me as those who singing in rain and dancing in it, splash
me!"

I keep hearing the Lord say to us "It is time to stop complaining and start
making mud pies. Time to make the most of the situation you are in. Be
content in where I have you at this time and this season. For I say to you
that when you start making mud pies, then will I allow the rain to wash away
the mud off of you. The weight of the mud will be washed away. Then will you
see who you are in me. Then will you see yourself in my mirror and see my
beauty in you and you will see also how mud can be healing agent in your
life. I say to you, be content where I have you, in this season. For rain
has many affects, many reasons for coming and each different for each
person. Rejoice that I am in the rain and in the mud! I will never leave you
or forsake you."
