Announcing: On-Line Prophetic Training Series
The Prophetic School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the prophetic-school list. Various members of the leadership core teach short courses on various topics relevent to the prophetic.
To Enrole in the Prophetic Mini-Course Series:
Simply subscribe to the prophetic-school list. This will automaticly enrole you in the course. Lesson material (teaching) will be sent out on the list on Mondays. All course-related discussion will be on the prophetic-school list.

- Course Contents/Description:
- Jesus said in John 10:27, "My sheep hear My voice," which implies that God still speaks to us today. But the problem is tht not every voice we hear is God. There can be things that "sound" like His voice when He is not actually speaking to us. Sometimes when we want something really bad, our own hearts/desires will try to immitate God's voice and make us think He has promised it to us. At other times, the devil will try to immitate God's voice to deceive us or to lead us astray. This can happen in our personal hearing and it can also happen in our ministry hearing, when we try to prophesy to others.
God wants us to test what we hear against His truth so that we can recognize when something is immitating His voice to us. He has given us two types of revelation to do this: the bible and direct revelation of His character/nature. And this teaching series talkes about both types of God's truth and how to apply them to discern when God really is or is not speaking to us. It will look at personal hearing and also at some common situations that effect our ministry hearing. The goal is to learn to recognize and discern what is God's voice and what is an immitation.
(The "Prophetic-School" list will continue to function as it has been with other discussion as well, centered around topics pertaining to the prophetic; but in addition to the "regular stuff" we will be giving and receiving feedback about the information contained in each weeks teaching article.)
