Announcing: On-Line Prophetic Training Series

The Prophetic School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the prophetic-school list. Various members of the leadership core teach 4 to 10 week courses on various topics relevent to the prophetic.

To Enrole in the Prophetic Mini-Course Series:

Simply subscribe to the prophetic-school list. This will automaticly enrole you in the course. Lesson material (teaching) will be sent out on the list on Mondays. All course-related discussion will be on the prophetic-school list.

Prophetic Ministry - Rightly Related To The Body Of Christ

Mondays, beginning May 5, 2000; lasts for 8 weeks.

Course Contents/Description:

This course will consist of 8 teaching articles that will examine appropriate prophetic practices and protocols, putting an emphasis on how prophetic individuals maintain proper relationship with the Body Of Christ as they minister.

The class will consist of teaching articles that will appear one a week on Mondays for eight weeks. Each article is designed to be both intruction and a discussion starter for the open forum of the Prophetic-School.

Topics for this course include an overview of the role and relevence to the Body of Christ. It examines our motivations (both right and wrong ones) for ministering in the prophetic. It discusses the essense of relationships and addresses the various character issues that effect unity. It addresses some common fallacies/errors, such as when a prophet thinks they are the only one who hears clearly from God. It looks at God's relational nature and team ministry concepts. It addresses practical issues of protocol in prophetic ministry.

(The "Prophetic-School" list will continue to function as it has been with other discussion as well, centered around topics pertaining to the prophetic; but in addition to the "regular stuff" we will be giving and receiving feedback about the information contained in each weeks teaching article.)
