Part 2 of 2

Safety For Friends/Family In The Military Or In Dangerous Professions

[Please fill in the appropriate name where you see ______. Also, change "he" to "she" and "him" to "her" as appropriate.]

Lord, I proclaim Psalm 91 over ______, as he is in dangerous situations. I stand in agreement with Your word that because ______ dwells in intimacy with You, You cover him with Your shadow and You protect him (a). Lord, I acknowledge that you are ______'s refuge and fortress and I trust you to take care of him (b). Thank You Lord, that You are actively at work on his behalf to deliver him from every snare and danger set against him, and to keep him safe from all peril (c).

Lord, take him under Your wing and be a place of safety and refuge for him (d). We break the power of fear and terror off of ______ (e) and surround him with your peace because Your hand is upon him, and he is safe in You. Let him be filled with your joy and allow him to send your closeness as You watch over him and guard him (f).

I call forth the protection of God over ______'s life, to keep him safe from evil men and men of violence (g). I bless the songs of deliverance that God is singing (h) over ______, and I stand in agreement with His promise that He will protect him from the threat of his enemies (i).

  4. Psalm 91:4 "He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler."
  5. Psalm 91:5-7 "You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you."
  6. Psalm 5:11 "But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy. Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you."
  7. Psalm 140:1 "Rescue me, O Lord, from evil men; protect me from men of violence" and Psalm 12:7 "O Lord, You will keep us safe and protect us from such people forever."
  8. Psalm 32:7 "You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance."
  9. Psalm 64:1 "Hear me, O God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy."

Healing For Sick Family Members Or Loved Ones

[Please fill in the appropriate name where you see ______. Also, change "he" to "she" and "him" to "her" as appropriate.]

Lord, You have promised to protect us and to preserve our life (a). You said You would sustain us on our sickbeds (b) and restore us from illness (b). Lord, we stand in agreement with Your promise and we claim it for ______. Lord, deliver him from all pain and distress, just as You said You would do in Your word (c).

I am one of Jesus' disciples, and He has appointed me to heal the sick and cast out demons (d) and He has given me His authority to do so (e). So right now I rise up in the authority that Jesus gave me over sickness, disease and any spirit of infirmity. I declare that sickness have no more authority over _______ and I cancel it's assignment over him. If there is any demonic spirit empowering this sickness, then right now, in the name of the risen Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I command you to release ______, be gone, and take your symptoms with you as you leave. I break the power of sickness over ______, and I command any infirmity to leave right now in Jesus name. Pain, suffering and weakness, you will leave right now. And I call forth healing and perfect health in the Name of Jesus.

Lord I thank you that You have great compassion (f) on ______'s suffering, and that it is Your will for him to be well (g). I stand in agreement with Your will right now, and I command complete healing to come forth on ______, and I thank you that sickness has no more power over him.

  1. Psalm 41:2a "The Lord will protect him and preserve his life."
  2. Psalm 42:3 "The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness."
  3. Psalm 69:29 "I am in pain and distress; may your salvation, O God, protect me."
  4. Mark 3:14-15 "Jesus appointed twelve, that they might ... have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons."
  5. Luke 9: 1-2 "Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick."
  6. Matthew 14:14 "when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick."
  7. Matthew 8:16 "And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick."

Prayer For Unsaved Family Members And Friends

[Please fill in the appropriate name where you see ______. Also, change "he" to "she" and "him" to "her" as appropriate.]

Lord, ______ doesn't know you yet, and it is Your will that he does (a). So I stand in agreement with your will for ______ and I call him to come into the kingdom. I bind the spirit of adoption (b) to ______, that he might come to know You as his loving Heavenly Father, and that he might be able to enter into personal relationship with You so that he can call You "Abba Father" (c).

In the authority of the risen Lord Jesus Christ, I break the enemy's ability to blind _______ to the good news of the gospel, that his spiritual eyes may be opened (d) to see the truth. I also break the enemy's ability to plug up ______'s spiritual ears, and I declare that they be opened (e) to be able to hear and understand the good news of the Gospel.

I thank you Lord Jesus, that You want ______ to be brought into your kingdom and that You are actively seeking Him out (f). You are coming to ______, and You are bringing Your salvation with You (g). So, Lord, I stand in agreement with you that ______ come to know you as his personal Lord and Savior, and that he enter into eternal life.

  1. 2 Peter 3:9b "The Lord ... not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
  2. Galatians 4:5 "to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons."
  3. Galatians 4:6 "And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, 'Abba, Father!' Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
  4. Isaiah 35:5a "Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened..."
  5. Isaiah 35:5b "...And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped."
  6. Matthew 18:11-14 "For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. Even so it is not the will of your Father Who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
  7. Zechariah 9:9a "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation..."
