                    Do You Feel The Heat?

My child, do you feel the heat of what is going on? I am an all
consuming fire, and I am drawing closer to you. When you see the 
flames of the fiery furnace, you think it is too hot to touch, and 
you want to run. But I encourage you to resist that urge. Do not 
back away, but draw near. In fact, run into My fire with the full 
assurance of faith that I will not harm you.
 
Child, the enemy may have you firmly bound with something that 
entangles or hinders you. Allow My Spirit of fire to burn off any 
cords of death, (for sin leads to death), so that the knowledge of 
the truth may set you free. Do not look at this fire as your enemy 
and stand there trembling with fear, as the Israelites did before 
Goliath. Instead, allow My perfect love to cast out all of your 
fear, and allow My grace to strengthen and give you boldness to face
that which is before you.

Beloved, when you were born again, you died; and now your life is 
hidden in Christ. Put off your old self, which is corrupted by its 
deceitful desires and the tactics of the enemy. Put on the new self,
created to be like Me in true righteousness and holiness. Know that
you can do all things through My indwelling Holy Spirit, Who 
strengthens you.

My child, I am not your enemy, nor are those of whom you fellowship 
within the body--for you do not wrestle against flesh and blood, so
be of good courage. This fire may be painful to the flesh and it may
feel like you are getting burned. Know that it is for freedom that 
Christ is setting you free from any yoke of slavery you may be in. 
For as you free fall into My furnace, there I will be in the midst,
and I will never leave your side.
