                         Rain

You have been hard to break, just as years ago you confessed to Me.  As 
you relinquish and lay down your joys, your dreams, your hopes, your 
failures and frustrations, I will use them as seed to plant into My plan 
for you.  Watch as the harvest comes -- it will come slowly, as does the 
farmer's crop.  Dry spells will make you feel as though all is lost, but 
look to the heavens as I will bring the promised rain!

It will be as I promised -- just believe.  I will bring it to pass in 
due season.  You believe that I can't use you -- that there is too much 
"stuff" for Me to deal with.  Am I not God -- can I not handle this task?  
I fed the Israelites (millions of them); their shoes and raiment did not 
wear out.  For 40 years I led them in the impossible.  Is this too 
difficult?

Look first for the rain, then the harvest.  It will glorify Me!
