            Being Stretched for His Kingdom

Farther out, farther out... stretching, I am stretching you out like a
bungie cord, like a new rope. I will stretch you until there is brokenness 
-- you will be broken -- I will break you so that I may heal you and take 
you farther out to where I have purposed for you to go.  Where you are 
broken, I will mend with a cord of three strands which is not quickly broken. 

I, the Lord, will heal you and hold you together. I will be the center of
your life that I will stretch out to reach others. You will stretch out
in many directions as the fingers of a hand. Both hands will open wide.
All the fingers will reach out, and touch, and wrap around others -- to
bring them into the fold, into the Body, into My Kingdom.
