                    Hidden Weapons

I was at work and heard the song, "Make Me Your Instrument, L-rd", and I saw
a blacksmith forging steel for a sword. The process entails passing the
metal through the fire, hammering into shape, and dunking it in the water
over and over until the desired results.

Then I heard the L-rd saying:

Hidden. I have hidden you and the others. Not hidden from the trials
and testings; not hidden from the refining and purging; not hidden from
what was necessary to forge your character; not hidden from the fire and
hammering that turns steel into a strong and powerful sword that will
stand up to the enemy. He has a sword too and he knows how to use it.
My instruments, My weapons are stronger than his are. They have been
forged and worked to stand fast.

I have hidden the anointing that is on you. When you go to war, you
don't let the enemy see all your weapons, all your troops all at once.
You bring them out when it is time: when it is time for an all out
battle and when it is time to go in and take captivity captive.

I am bringing you out now. It is time for the hidden thing to be shown
to the world. It is time to come forth. You are My instruments -- tried,
tested and ready for battle. You have been made ready for battle. You
are anointed for battle. I will use you because I can trust you. I have
forged you. I can trust you.
