God is Bathing His People

This morning, I was led to Psalm 51: 7 where it says: " CLEANSE ME WITH HYSSOP, AND I WILL BE CLEAN; WASH ME, AND I WILL BE WHITER THAN SNOW."

While meditating over that verse and crying out to the Father to do that for me. God brought this vision to my remembrance.

Do you remember when we were still children and how every evening , our mom will drag us to the bathroom and how that place will always become a battlefield. Once she succeed in getting us into the tab and she always does, the scrubbing will began and how it can be a little hard and rough at times, specially if we have been playing in the dirt earlier that day and all the stuff have already dried in us.

The initial scrubbing will never be pleasant and there will be lot of protest, but then after that hard scrubbing, will follow those soft scrubbing and stroking and touching as she tries to finish us of, and when we come out from the tab, there is that warm embrace waiting for us as she puts that towel over our body and how different we look and smell and I can hear the oh's and ah's of both mother and child.

Somehow, what the Lord was impressing to me is that THIS IS THE PLACE FOR MANY OF HIS CHILDREN.

Many have come from difficult and hard places, and the struggles of the past years have been plentiful and lately have really accelerated at such great intensity. And just like our earthly mom, the Holy Spirit is inviting us to take a bath for the Heavenly Father is waiting for us.

Yes, He has His sponge to scrub us which might be a little uncomfortable, but this is necessary to make us clean. What is the main concern of His heart? RELATIONSHIP. First, our relationship with Him, and then our relationship with one another. We do not always have to agree with others people about all things, but we still have to continue loving them because that is God's command to us.

We must allow the Lord to scrub the hardness from our heart, we must not try to avoid facing this issue, because this has been one of the biggest block why unbelievers are finding it difficult to draw near to God. Yes, they heard people proclaiming about God's love, Yet they cannot see it being mirrored in our lives.

But then, the Father is promising us that to those who are willing to submit themselves to that hard scrubbing, will also find themselves being soaked gloriously in the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

The Father is saying to us this day:

My people, I Am who I am and I never change. LOVE is the banner of who I Am. So should you not be holding that banner as well? When people watch you and observe you, can they see Me reflected in You?

Come, I am inviting you to step into My bathtub of Love. Let me soak you with Balm of cleansing and Oil of healing, allow me to scrub you clean with hyssop of forgiveness and humility and truly you will be clean.

My bride needs to be pure and clean. I cannot accept her any other way. So come and resist not the nudging of My Spirit in your hearts. Forget about the past, let go of them. I am able to heal. I am able to change. I am able to renew. I am able to rebuild. For I Am God and not man and nothing is impossible with Me.

Come for the time is short and I cannot wait much longer. Those who would choose to stay behind will also be left behind when My trumpet sounds and My call is announced.

Come for I am waiting for you. Come for I longed to touch you closely. Come for I longed to immerse you in me.

Please test and discern them even as you read them, and may the Lord bless us abundantly as we follow His leading.
