                    Be Holy As I Am Holy

Child of Mine, do you understand what holiness is? It is something that
is very important to Me, for I am a holy God, and I desire for My people
to be holy, even as I am holy. I desire for them to be set apart for Me,
that they might be consecrated for My plans and purposes.

Yes, dear one, I am looking for a people with a pure heart and with
clean hands. I am looking for those who will not be molded by the
pressures of the world, but who choose to walk in My ways even when they
are not popular. I am looking for those who choose to be set apart for My
purposes, to serve Me because they love Me.

I desire holy a people who will not allow themselves to be conformed
into the world's image to gain the acceptance of man; but who are
transformed through My indwelling Spirit. I am looking for those who
choose to be molded by My spirit rather than by the pressures of the
world system. I am looking for those who will stand firmly upon My
principles and who will not compromise to the pressures of their peers.
Those are the ones through whom I will manifest My glory.

Yes, dear one, I am looking for the Daniels of today, who refuse to
consume those things which are unclean, no matter how widely accepted
they are by the world system. I am looking for those who will not bow
before peer pressure; those and who will say "No" to the fat of this
world. I am looking for those who choose to follow My precincts and to
walk in My ways--even when the face disapproval for the world for doing
so.

I plan to show My glory through people like this, just as I showed My
glory when Daniel refused to eat the unclean food that was set before
him. He and three of his friends stood firm by my principles, and I
backed them up. I caused them to be healthier than those who ate the
unclean food, to demonstrate that I prosper those who follow My principles.

Likewise, dear one, when you walk in My ways I will prosper you. The
world is trying very hard to mold you into something that I hate, into
something that is corrupted by sin. It tries to tell you that holiness
does not matter. It tries to mold you into one of it's own and to be
just like everyone else.

But you must choose to walk in My ways and do not conform to the world's
standard. Choose to walk in integrity and choose to glorify Me in all
that you do. The people at your workplace may cheat or steal, but you are
not to do so, for you are My peculiar people and you are aside for a Holy
standard. The people around you may lie, but I call you to speak truth,
for I am the God of all truth. The people around you may be selfish, but
I call you to be selfless, one who demonstrates My love and My goodness
to the lost.

If you will do these things--if you will take a stand for My holiness in
the midst of a marred world--then I will prosper you in all you do.
I will stand behind those who take a stand for My ways, and I will bless
them and cause them to be successful. Dear one, do not be tempted to
conform to the world's way and to embrace its morality and values. Choose
instead to be holy in My sight; to embrace My ways and to do that which
you know is right. As you do this, I will cause you to rise up as a
standard of righteousness in the land, and I will glorify My name
through you. I will exalt you over those who walk in impurity and I will
case you to prosper.

So choose to walk in My ways and to be Holy before Me.
