              You Were Created For Intimacy With Me

Child of Mine, I have created and destined you to be in intimacy with your
God. I have created you to look upon My majesty and worship Me in the beauty
of My holiness.  You were destined to come before My throne with a pure
heart, to draw close to Me and to worship Me.  Yes child, I am your ultimate
destiny, and in My presence you will find your greatest fulfillment.

Have you not read in My word how I used to walk with Adam and Eve in the
cool of day* before sin separated them from Me?  I would speak to them and
fellowship with them as My friends. They were never My equals, for I am
their creator and they were My creation; but we were friends and we
fellowshipped together.  That was what I created mankind to do--to walk
with Me, to talk with Me, to fellowship with Me, to be in intimacy with Me
and to love Me with all of their heart.

This intimate fellowship became impossible when Adam and Eve choose to sin
and to rebel against Me.  Sin cut them off from living in My very presence
and from the direct daily contact with Me.  They had to be ejected from the
Garden Of My Presence, that they no longer have access to the tree of life.
But even in their fallen state, they still sought Me and I was still found
of them--though distantly as through a veil.  Sin transformed their physical
bodies that they could no longer look upon My face and live. But even in
their fallen state, part of their destiny was to seek Me and--yes child--I
still loved them and desired them. Even in their fallen state, I was found
of them, though dimly as through a mirror.

Do you have any idea how it broke My heart to be so separated from My
creation, to have to keep My dear children at arms length? I am a loving
Father, and it is My very nature to love My own. That is why I could not
bare for mankind to be forever separated from Me; I could not bare for
them to be cut off from their destiny of walking in intimacy with Me. That
is why I sent My Own dear Son to come from Heaven to pay the penalty and
to break the power of sin to separate you from Me.

Child, don't you realize that His blood broke the power of sin in your life?
You are no longer separated from Me.  His blood continually washes over you
to purify you, that you might once again enter into My presence.  So, child
of Mine, why are you holding back when I am calling you to once again come
close to Me?  I am inviting you to walk with Me in the cool of your day that
I might speak to you--not just occasionally but continually.  I will not
force you to come to Me, for worship must be freely given or it is of no value
to Me.  But I call you, I coax you, I invite you.

Your greatest fulfillment is found in My presence.  So enter into intimacy
with Me, worship Me in My holiness,  and fulfill the destiny I have created
you for.
