                      Heavenly Vacuum

I would like to share a vision and dream that I had.  This was for my local 
congregation, however I sense it is pertinent to the entire body.  About 6 
months ago I saw a tornado in the middle of the congregation.  I sensed it 
represented adverse situations that God was allowing in our lives to pull 
off things that are not of Him and would weigh us down.

Last night I dreamt of a broom sweeping the floor of the congregation. I 
recognized that the floor was littered over such a large area that it would 
be very time consuming without a vacuum cleaner.  The vacuum cleaner then 
began to clean and it was disturbing because it was so loud. Also I noticed 
that it seemed to tax the electrical system, as the lights were flickering.

In all of our lives we have had some situations that seem tornadic to us, 
but in reality it is God's vacuum cleaner.  This cleaning seems to be taxing 
all of our systems and this is disturbing.  Also these situations are so 
pronounced it seems to drown out everything else in our lives.

Do not fear; this is God's vacuum cleaner.  He knows what things must be 
moved out of our lives to prepare for His new work.  There are things 
coming that require us to have a light load (not be encumbered by wounds, 
sin, etc.).  It is of great importance that this work be done quickly. We 
must be prepared to mentor new believers, and this will require not only 
a light load but maturity.  So do not fear -- this is not chaos -- this 
is God's Hand and He will not take you beyond what you can bear.
