                        I AM Your Example

My children. It is imperative that you would not compare the extend of My 
anointing operating through others with the extend My gifts and anointing 
is operating through you. Look to Me instead of to others. As you look to 
Me you will behold what I and My Father are doing not only in your life 
but also in the earth.

You may feel like only a little has been given you but I encourage you to 
stay focused on Me and understand that everything comes in its appropriate 
time and season.  I am giving you little at first to see how you manage what 
I have given you. Whoever can be trusted with little can also be trusted 
with much.

Therefore, be obedient with what I have given you now and do not despise 
small beginnings. I am forming and shaping in you My Son's character. As 
you are obedient with what you have, I will surely send increase. I desire 
for My children to be well equipped for the task at hand and I will not 
leave you lacking.

Do not concern yourself with the question as to whether you will only 
operate in My kingdom in a small way. As you know all parts need to work 
together in unity for a greater purpose. There is always room to grow and 
expand in My kingdom and I have every intention to bring you to a place 
where you can walk in My fullness regardless of what position you hold in 
My kingdom.

Even those you compare yourself to had to start out with one step of 
obedience at the time. Be not discouraged because My calling you forth 
seems to linger. Know that I have sent My refining fire to cut away the 
dross and deliver you from all hindrances that would prevent you from 
walking into the fullness of My calling. I urge you to fully submit to 
My refining process so that I can bring you forth in its proper time and 
season and nothing will be delayed.
