Apostles/Prophets -----

'Twas the week before the New millennium, and all thru the land
Some prophets were shouting Y2K is surely at hand
While Apostles, Prophets were gathering to hear the spoken "Word" knowing when it came in their inner most parts rivers would be stirred
After hearing from the Father's own heart His Prophets did share
That His only purpose for His people was to show forth His care
For many are seeking to find their own purpose
Only showing forth their total selfish absurdness
When in their midst there arose a loud clatter
As one bold prophet began to address the matter
He asked had God not opened a door of ministry
would we be like others and only see the adversity
He spoke from the Spirit that this would be the year
to throw caution to the wind and let the sound we carry, be heard clear
For many believe their ministry was their only purpose of life
while their own agendas had shown forth only strife
The sound we do carry will cause many to understand
that this New Millennium will bring forth His divine plan
instead of each one seeking a ministry
we will see His leaders come into unity
This would be a year of leaders come one come all
to bow in humility and prostrate fall
for many had set themselves in place
never being sent from the Apostles or filled with His grace
The reformation is on, the Apostolic bringing order to the body
not operating in pride or being so snotty
the Lord has declared in Psalms One-Thirty-Three
where the brothers walk together in Unity
He would pour out His blessings in a much greater way
the bold Prophet then went on to say
We might ought to weigh the words His Son made known
that by our love for one another His will being shown
to any and all who walk thru the land
knowing we ourselves have not built on sand
for this is the hour of the Father's desire
releasing the Sound causing a Holy Fire
what have we to fear in the days that are ahead
it is He who has promised to keep us and by His Spirit led
would we act as those with no faith in His declared way
and cower and hide missing the day
speaking of that which will bring only fear
or we will speak out of the Spirit of Faith seeking to hear
a word from His heart bringing us to faith in our call
stepping from the boat leaving behind all
if we do then surely the world will see
the power of God in love as it should be
So Apostles, Prophets His foundation lay
thus declaring to all this is a New Day
