                    Come Deeper Into My River

My love for you is deeper than the river runs deep. At times the waves have
tossed you to and fro, yet you held on to the boat of the Holy Spirit.  You 
might get wet at times, but you won't drown, for I have taught you how to 
hold on so that you don't go under.  So don't be afraid.  When the river 
seems to be running dry, I will come in and shower My rain down on you. My 
river of love will never run dry. 

When the enemy tries to come in like a flood, I pick you up and place you 
on a solid rock where you will be safe.  But don't become too comfortable 
on that rock, because My river never stands still, it is always moving. My 
river also flows over the rock in which you stand.  Stand long enough to 
catch your breath and rest; let Me fill you up and pour into you during 
this time. Then get back into the river.  The boat in which you are in will 
never loose its air or deflate because I have breathed My very life into it.  

At times, I am going to ask you to come out of the boat and walk on water. 
When I do this, you will not sink because of the faith that you have for 
Me. You will walk on water just as Jesus did. Are you willing to walk when 
I call you by name? Or will you stay in the boat where you are comfortable?   
Trust Me, I don't call you out of the boat before it is time. I know your 
legs are strong enough to carry you because I gave them to you. I knew you 
would need them in this times to come.

It brings Me such joy when I see you do what I have called you to do! I
delight in seeing you press into Me. So lean to Me and not to your own
circumstances, not your situations and not your own inability--for in Me 
all things are possible. In Me you live, move, and have your being. 

At times I must place you back into the boat and wait for you to tell Me 
you are ready to walk on water with Me. I'm ready for you to come out of 
the boat and I have anointed you for such a time as this. Where you have 
said "I can't," I say "You can!" Where you have said "Not me Lord," I say, 
"Yes you." Where you have said "Why me Lord?" I say, "Because I say to 
you this day I love you and through Me you can do all things." All I ask 
of you now is to trust Me. 

Come deeper. Let the river come higher than just waist-deep, where you are 
comfortable. Stop trying to swim upstream against the flow of the Holy 
Spirit, and start to flow with My Holy Spirit. Come and keep coming until 
you give up your flesh totally and lean only on Me.  Get deeper into My 
water and take what is yours. Take what has waited for the right owner to 
take complete ownership of it.

Come deeper, look under the water for it is there you will find your
treasures. They are waiting for you to come deeper. Come get your treasures.
There is enough for you to take and share with others to whosoever will.
Come deeper and take back what the enemy has tried to keep from you. The
deeper you go the closer you are to the treasures. Can't you almost see them
now shining there before your eyes? Yes, you see them but you see only a
portion. Come get what is yours, Come deeper.
