                            I Am Good

Child of Mine, I am good and I will always be good to you, because that
is My very nature.  There are times when you have allowed your enemy the
devil to contort your image of Who I am and what I am like.  Don't listen
to him, for he wants to make you forget My goodness.  He wants you to
assume that I will punish you for becoming tired or weary or empty or
dry.  I am not like that and that is not My way.  I am the God Who
restores and refreshes My servants when they get weary.  I am the God
of all encouragement, and My heart towards you is not to chide you; it
is to build you up and to restore you to excellence.

We both know that there will be times when you fall short and there will
be times when you make mistakes.  Don't be afraid to run to Me in those
times, for My heart is to restore you and to raise you back up into the
fullness of your destiny.

Do not be afraid to come into My presence, for I am good and it is good
to come to Me.  Bring Me your problems and shortcomings, then watch how
I will help you with them.  I am not going to push you away when you
fall short; I am going to receive you and restore you and transform you
to walk in My victory.  So come to Me and draw close to Me.  Do not come
with fear and trepidation, and do not come expecting rebuke.  Instead,
come looking to Me for mercy and grace, and know that I have good plans
for you.

I have shown you Who I am over and over again...both in My word and in
your experiences with Me. You have received mercy and grace at My hand
many times in the past.  I am the God Who does not change, and I will not
change how I interact with you.  I am not going to push you away, nor will
I reject you.  I will receive you when you run to Me with a yielded heart.

Trust Me and trust in My very nature.  I am love and I am good. Know that
the plans that I have for you are good and they lead to life and victory.
So do not draw back from Me and do not be afraid to run into My presence.
Come to that place of intimacy that I have prepared for you and rest
in My goodness.  I will breathe life back into you as you come to Me
and wait before Me.  I will strengthen that which is weak in you and
I will refresh that which is weary. I will encourage you and I will
restore your sense of destiny and calling.  I will pour a fresh anointing
upon you, and I will show you My goodness and saturate you in My love.

I am a good God and I am good to My own.  So run to Me and experience
My goodness in your life, for I love you greatly.
