Announcing: On-Line Prophetic Training Series

The Prophetic School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the prophetic-school list. Various members of the leadership core will teach a 3 to 6 week course on a topic relevent to the prophetic.

The current course is

"Stirring UP the Gift"

The series will continue beyond the announced course topics.

Simply subscribe to the prophetic-school list. This will automaticly enrole you in the course. Lesson material (teaching) will be sent out on the list on Mondays. All course-related discussion will be on the prophetic-school list.

Stir Up the Gift

Dates:

Mondays, beginning March 29, 1999, lasts for 4 weeks.

Course Contents/Description:

The class will consist of teaching articles that will appear one a week on Mondays for four weeks. Each article is designed to be both intruction and a discussion starter for the open forum of the Prophetic-School.

This series is in response to a posting to the list which asked: "I have heard some people teach on the concept of "stirring up the gift". Now I understand that this comes from 2 Timothy 1:6. But I really would like to stay away from some vague, "Christianese" answer and get down to some practical ways to do this." The series will cover foundations which need to be in place for effective prophetic ministry, the choice of basic materials with which to work, rules of construction (to "build up" your gift) and the finishing stages of this development or stirring.
