Announcing: On-Line Prophetic Training Series

The Prophetic School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the prophetic-school list. Various members of the leadership core teach 4 to 10 week courses on various topics relevent to the prophetic.

To Enrole in the Prophetic Mini-Course Series:

If you are already subscribed to the prophetic-school email list, you don't have to do anything, you are automatically enrolled in this course.

If you are not yet subscsribed, then all you have to do is to subscribe to the prophetic-school list, and that will also enrole you in the course. Lesson material (teaching) will be sent out on the list on Mondays. All course-related discussion will be on the prophetic-school list.

Judging Prophecy

Mondays, beginning September 21, 2009; lasts for 14 weeks.

Course Contents/Description:

This course is co-authored by three different people, all of whom have a lot of experience in the prophetic. It is written to help you learn how to judge prophecy, as the bible commands us to do.

This course will explore the topic from many different aspects. It will look at prophecy in the Old and New Testament, and will explore how prophecy changed with the death and resurrection of Jesus and the subsequent outpouring of the Holy Spirit. It will explore the concept of discernment. It will build a strong bible foundation to help you understand how to judge prophecy, and it will detail a lot of different "tests and criteria" that you can use when evaluating if a word really is from God.

In addition to building a strong bible foundation, this course will also give you many practical applications and insights, and it will include two case studies in judging actual words.

The goal of this course is to give you everything you need so that you can prayerfully judge prophetic words for yourself; so that you can better determine what is from the Lord and what is not.

(The "Prophetic-School" list will continue to function as it has been with other discussion as well, centered around topics pertaining to the prophetic; but in addition to the "regular stuff" we will be giving and receiving feedback about the information contained in each week's teaching article.)
