Prophetic Mini-Course Series

Announcing: On-Line Prophetic Training Series

The Prophetic School Training Mini-Course Series... a series of short classes and (teaching and discussion) that will be offered on the prophetic-school list. Various members of the leadership core will teach a 4 to 6 week course on a topic relevent to the prophetic.

To Enrole in the Prophetic Mini-Course Series:

Simply subscribe to the prophetic-school list. This will automaticly enrole you in the course. Lesson material (teaching) will be sent out on the list on Mondays. All course-related discussion will be on the prophetic-school list.

The first in Jim's "Growing in the Prophetic: The Listening Stance" will be sent out to the prophetic-school list on Monday, June 22, 1998. To join the course, simply subscribe to the list before then. The course is being repeated beginning November 20, 2000 and lasting for 4 weeks.

If you are already subscribed to the prophetic-school list (or to the digest version), you don't have to do anything.. you are already enrolled in this training series.

Growing In The Prophetic: The Listening Stance

Mondays, beginning June 22, 1998; lasts for 4 weeks. (And repeated Mondays, beginning Nov 20,2000; lasts for 4 weeks.)

Course Contents/Description:

A four part teaching serves on the foundational role of "listening to God" as it relates to the gift of prophecy. These articles will have some excerpts from Jim Paul's recently published book "Prophecy in Practice", by Monarch Books, Crowborough, UK.

Topics include various aspects of learning to listen to God; posturing yourself to be used by God (study of Abraham), hearing God through visions and object lessons, identifying and removing obsticles to hearing God, etc.

(The "Prophetic-School" list will continue to function as it has been with other discussion as well, centered around topics pertaining to the prophetic; but in addition to the "regular stuff" we will be giving and receiving feedback about the information contained in each weeks teaching article.)
