                      Shine Brightly For Me

I am advancing My Father's kingdom, and the enemy is making a desperate
attempt to hold on to the territory that he already possesses. He is
spreading darkness and deceit over the land.  He is causing a cloud of
fear and despair to hang over the nations.  Uncertainty and suffering
surround the people, hardship and difficulty pave their streets.
Foundations that were once considered very stable are being shaken to
the very core, and men's hearts are indeed failing them for fear.
Hopelessness and despair abound in this darkness, having power to cripple
people's lives. That is the kingdom that your enemy is trying to establish.
That is the kingdom that I want to tear down that I might advance the
kingdom of God.

You are not under the enemy's hold. I have given you My authority over
Him and I have placed My light within you, that you might shine brightly
through his darkness.  Do not fear the schemes and devices of the enemy,
for he has no power over you.

I have destined you to be My light that penetrates his darkness. I have
placed My radiance within you to shine brightly for Me, so that those in
bondage might see it.  Don't you know that darkness cannot stand before
light?  It disperses and it flees.  The shadows retreat into the corners
and crevices as light shines into the room. Go forth with My light and
cause the darkness to flee.  Show the devil's captives that My gospel is
indeed good news for them, and set the prisoners free. Show them that I
can take them out of darkness and give an abundant and satisfying life.
Let your light shine--show them My hope and peace.

Have I not told you that My father's kingdom is actively advancing?  My
light is overtaking the enemy's darkness.  And you, My church--you are
the vehicle that I am using to accomplish this.  I have already given you
all that you need be successful in advancing My kingdom and shining My
light into the darkness.   I have placed My glory upon you and I have
placed My Spirit within you--and He will empower you to do whatever I
ask you to do.  I want you to overcome the darkness of the enemy, to
break his power over the hurting and the lost. Show them My light. Show
them My power and My great love for them, advance My kingdom in their lives.

Shine brightly for Me in the darkness, so that all may see My goodness and
so that the nations may be drawn to Me.  I have destined you, My church,
to be My light and My witness. I have called you to advance My kingdom.

The enemy wants to overcome you with fear so that you won't step up to
your destiny. I have given you enough power to send the very demons who
oppose you fleeing from you in terror as I work My glory through you.  Do
not allow your light to be extinguished.  You are the light of the world,
and I am asking you to shine brightly for Me. Fulfill your destiny in
Me and advance My kingdom.
