This is what I heard the Lord say:

Listen to me, I am calling you to come and sit at My feet.
Nothing is more important than sitting at My feet.
There you can hear and feel My heartbeat.
Rest is not being idle...
  Rest is allowing me to soak you--Spirit, Soul, & Body,
Rest is not time-out...
  but it is time in Me,
   Learning to know Me,
    Learning to trust Me,
    Learning to accept yourself as I do.
As a child comes when they need to cuddle...
Come to Me,
rest your head on My chest-
Hear My heartbeat-
feel My arms around you.
Rest is O.K. I don't get angry when you rest in Me.
Come and rest in My REST.
