   [This word is for those who are feeling small, for those who have not
    has as victorious of a week (or day or month or whatever) as you
    expected to have.  It is for those who the enemy is trying to make
    you feel that God is disappointed in you and that it is not safe to
    draw near to Him because He might rebuke you, not be happy to see
    you, etc...]


                             Come To Me

Beloved child, I know you have had a hard day.  I am not angry at you for
feeling discouraged after a disappointment, or for feeling sad or frustrated.
I know you have emotions because I created you with them.  Child, I am
here, near to you, even when I feel far away.  I am not here to scold you
or to rebuke you.  I am here to encourage you, to hold you close, to build
you up, to draw you near.  I am here to breath My strength into you and to 
flood you with My blessings.  I am here to draw you back into that place
of intimacy with Me and to give you My victory.

Child, I am not frowning when I look at you.  No, child, I am not standing
here waiting for you to fail so that I might accuse you.  Rather, I am
smiling at you. I want you to know that I see all those times you try to
trust or honor Me from your place of weakness--and I am pleased with you.

Don't you know that I am a loving Father, and that I love you dearly? Child
of Mine, I know your limitations and weaknesses, so I am not surprised when
you are weak or tired or strained.  I want you to know that you are loved no
matter what state you are in.  All I require from you is that you love Me
with all of your heart and do your best to obey Me because of the love that
you have for Me.  I don't require you to do anything else special to make Me
happy in order that you may to come into My presence.  You don't have bring
some sort of special gift to come to Me, you are always welcome.

Child of Mine, I desire you when you are tired and weary just as much as
when you are seated in places of victory.  You are Mine, and you are
precious to Me.  I am not going to push you away for having a tough day and
I am not going to rebuke you for not being able to live on the mountain top
at all times.  In fact, there are times when I lead you through the valley
so that I might show you something. But be assured that I will never leave
you in that valley-- I always bring you out of it and back to the mountain
top.

I will draw you into My presence, for you are created to be close to Me.
You are created to be vessels of My glory, so I pour the glory into you.
I am not saying that you have to conger up some sort of glory before you
can approach Me. It doesn't work that way, for I am the one who fills you
that you might radiate Me.  All you have to do is to come to Me and I will
fill you.

I am your source and I will provide all that you need.  I will take care
of you and I will never leave you.  I will never push you away. In fact,
child of Mine, I am blowing across you right now with a gentle breeze of
refreshing.  My heart is to hold you close, to build you up, to smile at
you, and to allow you to feel My pleasure upon you.  Do not fear that I
will push you away, and do not draw back.  Come to Me and know that I
receive you with open arms.  Come and be refreshed right now.
