                    The Fruit of the Vine
 
You, My children, are the fruit of the Vine. You are not a shriveled 
fruit that has no life left in it. No, you are the choicest fruit, the 
fruit that has been well watered, well tended, pruned and chosen by Me.
 
I have squeezed you, just as you squeeze the fruit before you buy. I 
have smelled the fruit of your praise and found it good. I have tasted 
your offering, and it left a sweet taste in My mouth. Yes, you are a 
fruit worth having.
 
The saying, 'The apple doesn't fall to far from the tree,' is true--you 
have not fallen to far from Me. You have not fallen far enough that I 
could not reach out and pick you up. Yes children, you are a 'chip off 
the old block.' 

You are 'a piece of the Rock,' a spitting image of your heavenly Father, 
and you are the fruit of the Vine, The Living Vine.
