                   Power To Accomplish My Purposes 

Child of Mine, I release My power to accomplish My purposes.  It is not
a toy to play with, nor is it some type of status symbol, nor is it an
indication of your favor or standing with Me.  Child, I release My power 
to advance My kingdom, that the lost may be saved, that those oppressed 
by the enemy might be set free, that the brokenhearted might be comforted.
I release it that people might believe on the name of My Son Jesus and be 
saved, that they might be restored to right relationship with Me, that 
their sins might be forgiven.  I release My power so that many might inherit 
the eternal life My Son purchased for them on Calvary, so that they might
know Me as their Father and their God.  I release My power so that people
will come to believe in Me, to know Me, to serve and obey Me, so that they 
will enter into My kingdom.

It is good that you desire to rise up in faith and say to this mountain,
"be moved to the sea."  But child, what is your purpose for wanting to
move that mountain?  Why do you desire to demonstrate My power and move
in My anointing?  There are, in truth, many reasons why various ones of
My children desire to do this.  But only one motivation is correct, only
one motivation will be honored and met.  And that motivation is the 
desire to do what I am doing, to advance My kingdom.  For I will indeed 
build My kingdom, and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it.  And 
I will cause My salvation to go forth and be proclaimed among the nations.  
And I will cause those who are in bondage to the oppression of the devil to 
be set free, that they might also serve Me.

Child, My power and anointing are only released to do with Me what I am
doing.  I empower My servants to accomplish My purposes, and only to 
accomplish My purposes.  I do not empower people to pursue their own 
agendas, nor do I empower My children to build their own kingdom.  I 
only empower them to build Mine. 

I only empower My children to do with Me what I am already doing.  So if 
you desire to move in greater levels of My power and anointing, then fix
your eyes on Me. Watch Me to see what I am doing -- and that is where you
should spend your time and attention.  Imitate Me and do it with Me,
just like My Son, Jesus, did only what He saw Me doing.  Put your energy 
into what you see Me doing, not into other things that you think might 
be good for the kingdom.  Watch Me, seek Me and keep your attention fixed 
on Me. Then I will show you what I am doing.  I will show you where My 
Spirit is moving.  I will show you what I am anointing, and I will let you 
participate in it with Me.  I will back you up with My power and My 
anointing.

Remember that I love the lost, and it is My fervent desire to bring them
into My kingdom.  It is My reverent desire to advance and build My kingdom
of love, to cause My salvation to go forth.  That is what I empower. That
is where I release the healings and the miracles and the signs and the
wonders -- that men and women might believe on My name and be saved.

So if you desire to move in My power with Me, then you must be very 
accurate witnesses who truly reflect Who I am -- reflect Me through 
your actions and through the words that you speak.  I am not asking you 
to become My witnesses, for you are already My witnesses. My Son made
you My witness when He tasked you with the great commission and ascended
to Heaven.  Ever since that day, My people are My witnesses.  You do not 
have a choice in the matter.  You cannot choose whether or not to be My 
witness, for I have already made you My witness.  Your only choice is
what type of witness you will be.

What type of witness are you?  Are you one who reflects Me accurately or
one who reflects Me poorly? Are you a good witness or a bad witness? Do 
you say the things I am saying and do the things that I am doing?  Or do 
you choose your words to speak and your own agenda to perform?  What type 
of witness are you? 

The ones who I empower are the ones who watch Me to see what I am doing, 
and then begin to do it alongside of Me.  If really is that simple.  If 
you want My power in your life, do what I am doing.  Die to your own agenda 
and take up Mine. Learn to reflect Me accurately in your thoughts and 
gestures and motivations and actions.  Watch Me and be led by My Spirit. 
Start to accomplish My purposes, and then I will empower you in doing 
them.  For I release My power to accomplish My purposes.
