                        Peace and Joy


Child, in this your hour of need, I remind you that I have set before 
you an open door that cannot be shut--His name is Jesus Christ. 
Therefore come boldly before My throne of grace, so you may receive 
mercy and find grace. Do not allow him who has stolen your peace and 
joy to steal from you any longer. He does so by trying to disable you 
with condemnation and guilt, and he will always try to cause you to 
believe that you can do nothing right in My eyes.

In the weakness of your flesh, you will always fail and fall short of 
My glory. But My Son came to free you from the law of sin and death. He 
came in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering, so that you 
might receive the ability to overcome the devil and your flesh. My 
child, it is by grace you are saved and are being saved. It is not by 
your desire, nor your efforts. so that you cannot boast. This freedom
is My gift to you through Christ Jesus.

Therefore do not allow the devil whom roams around like a roaring lion 
devour your peace and joy with his fiery darts laced with poisonous 
lies. You have remained true to My Name and have not renounced your 
faith. Now make every effort to draw near to Me with fear and 
trembling, so that My Spirit may wash over you and set you free from 
the cares of this world, and from the lies of the enemy.

Come to Me and hide in the shadow of My wings. Allow My face to shine 
upon and turn toward you, so as to give you peace.
