The Cry Of The Harvesters
The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Almighty!"
-- James 5:4b
The time is coming and has already begun for those who have harvested in
the fields, those who have labored and toiled. The time is coming when you
will reap and partake of the labor of your hands. For I have seen your
faithfulness under extreme pressure. When those you serve would impose upon
you their ways. Because you have served faithfully says the Lord and not
raised your voice, I will now come in your behalf. For I am your mediator.
For I ever live to make intercession for you For I am the Great High Priest.
Because you have been faithful in even the little things I have given you, I
will give you much.
For I see your heart and your desire to serve. I hear your cries in the
closet, I know the longing of your heart. Don't be moved by what you see
outwardly, by unjust gains and unfair promotions. For true promotion comes
from me and those things done in the dark will be revealed by my light. For
I am taking note. Are not all your days written in my scroll? For I am the
Alpha and the Omega. Not one thing you are going through has gone unoticed
by me. For I am keeping count says the Lord. Be not burdened down by what
you see. Be not burdened down by unjust rulers. Be not burdened down by
those who would deceive and steal the harvest. For the cry of the harvesters
has reached my ears and nothing will leave my field without notice. For
every sheaf is precious to me. I count them one by one. For I am watching
over my harvest and a day will come when I will seperate the weeds from the
wheat.
So take no thought for what you see. For I am not an unjust judge and the
cry for justice has gone forth. Will not the judge of all the earth do what
is right? So, be at peace my child.
For one day I will come and I will soothe those that have labored so hard
and unceasingly, those who have labored hard without demand. I will come
with my balm and soothe their blistered hands and I will come and strengthen
their weary, aching backs and I will come and heal their tired swollen legs.
For my name is ointment poured forth. For I have healing in my wings.
For the cry of the harvesters has been heard and I will do what is just and
right. And I look forward to the day when I will see you face to face and
say to you, "Well done though good and faithful servant, come and enter into
my rest."
