You ask Me "Who can?"  I can.  It is I who can, and is able, to help you.
to deliver you.  To sustain you.  To see you through.  It is I.  You ask 
Me "Who will?"  I.  It is I who will, sweet child.  I that will pour My
strength into you, I that will fill you with My peace, I will stand by your
right hand in the time of battle.  I that will see you are more than a
conqueror.

Remember this.  When the disciples were tossed by the stormy seas, I 
watched from the mountain and I walked to them.  I did not leave them, no, 
I did not desert them for I stood watch over them.  Though some of you are 
hiding in caves, though some of you are tossed on the seas of pain and 
strife, and some of you are even still and seem to be moving no where --
You are not alone.  You are not going in no direction. You are not even in 
danger, for I am there.  I am in that place.  See, even now, I am always 
with you.  I cannot leave you, I am within you.

Who is man that you would look to him?  Who is man that you would fear him
or place your hope in him?  Is he not dust that is here today and gone
tomorrow?  Will he not also stand before Me on the Judgment day?  He 
cannot change the circumstances.  I can.  I am He who is able.  

I am He who is with you.  Do not fear man and what he can do, for there is 
nothing I cannot undo.  You are Mine.  You are sealed by My blood.  You 
are saved in Me.  You are My child and I am your God.  You are protected 
by the breath of My mouth and My truth abides in you.  I will be with you 
as you walk, as you walk forwards with Me, I am there, with you.

Look to Me.  When all others turn from you, I am here.  When others run 
from you, I walk beside you.  When the time is silent and you think no 
one hears, I hear you.  Child, I am there too, in all things and in all 
places, I am there.  I can.  I can lead you through for I am the shepherd 
and I watch over My sheep.  I do not slumber I will not sleep.  I am 
always ready.  I will see you through.  You have no strength now but 
your strength is in Me.  So do not look to you, just look to Me.  I 
cannot lie.  I cannot leave you.  Wherever you go, I am there, beside you.  
I love you.
