The Best Reward

Beloved Saints,

Father gave me this during our meeting this morning which I humbly share with the list:

WORD

Here is your promised land. Walk its length and width and make it yours. Walk and conquer as you go, but do not take any spoils of the war. Walk and conquer, walk and conquer. Leave the spoils of war behind and do not try to reward yourself with them. Take only food for the soldiers and move on.

Seek not your own gratification in this war, no vengeance, no judgement for this belongs to Me. I will defeat your enemies; I will judge. This war is not for your pleasure and victory but for My vengeance. Seek not your own reward, for your exceedingly great reward is this: That I AM your shield.

APPLICATION

As we war and work in obedience to Father's prompting, we must not seek acknowledgement or self gratification. We must not marvel in the victories Father gives us. In one thing only we must marvel and that is that Father God is our Shield. He surrounds us with His love; a love through which no evil can penetrate. His shield is always with us, from morning to dusk and at night on our beds. Wherever we are or whatever we do, He is with us always.

There is no fame, fortune, comfort or worldly goods that can compete with this reward. Having Father as our Shield is the BEST REWARD.
