                           Come Empty

My Child...may you come to know My voice as a maiden knows her lover,
for you are My maiden and I your lover. Come away with Me, My beloved,
and I will show you My love abounding. I will pour My love upon you
like no earthly lover. I will bath you in living waters of healing and
restoration. Come to Me, My child, and I will commit you to all My ways
of life overflowing.

Beloved, remember that only in emptiness can you be filled. So, My
beloved, it is in your state of loneliness, hunger, desperation,
destitute and discontent can you be overflowing with My living water
and Spirit. Come to Me empty, and I shall fill you. The emptier you
are, the more I will pour Myself into your thirsty vessel.

If your vessel occupies the parts of this world, you must pour out
before I can pour in. Do not be content with the things of this world.
Their presence in your holy vessel will cause your spirit to fester
and to stink.

I am your Father and I know what you need to thrive and flourish
abundantly. I will provide all you need in its appropriate time. Do
not fantasize of ways which you think may surpass My plans for you.
Remember, that I, the Lord, am your God. I know the plans I have for
you: plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope
and a future.* So, My Child, won't you come and throw yourself into My
everlasting arms? I will catch you and I will hold you--in comfort, in
peace, in everlasting joy.

I will fill all your needs when you come to Me in complete emptiness and
in full surrender. Let your weary spirit receive rest, for I am your
Father and I will give rest to those I love.

I love you, My Child and I will always be with you, fulfilling My promise
to sustain you and to uphold you by My righteous right hand. I am not
a distant God, for I have bridged the distance through My Son, Jesus.
Come to Me, My tired and weary child, and I will give you rest.

* Jeremiah 29:11
