                        Oh Happy Day

My children, have you ever thought about what would have happened had I 
not died, had I not gone on the cross and shed My blood?  Have you ever 
taken the time to wonder if I had not died where would you be, where 
would and how would your lives be?  But, it was a happy day when I came 
down to redeem man from his sins. It was a happy day when My blood fell, 
and it healed many diseases. It was a happy day when I went into Hell, 
took the keys, rose and went to My Father in heaven. It was a happy day 
when I said I have given you power to speak the word of healing, 
restoration and renewal. 

What would have happened if I had not been there when Peter took his 
eyes off Me and begin to sink?  What would have happened when the winds 
and sea were rough? They would have died, they would not have made it 
at all.  Remember when Peter and the others were fishing?  It was a 
happy day when he obeyed Me, when I told him to launch out into the 
deep for a catch.  What happened?  He caught so many fish he had to 
call the others.  Oh happy day when I spoke to the winds and the rain 
to cease.  "Peace be still," were My words and there was a calm. Was 
that not a happy day?  

Would not all be lost had I not shed My blood? You are the righteousness 
of God in Christ because of My death, burial and resurrection.  Is that 
not a happy day?

There is healing in My blood, is not that a happy day? There is salvation 
in My blood, is not that a happy day? I came to redeem man, was that not 
a happy day?  Can you imagine what would have happened had I not stopped 
Saul on the road to Damascus? Was that not a happy day? His name was 
changed to Paul, a great witness, because of his conversion.

Now what about your life?  Was it not a happy day when I picked you up 
out of the muck and mire, when I brought you up out of the pit from the 
street?  Think about what would have happened had I not went to the 
cross.  Rejoice and be glad for what I have done and am doing in your 
lives; it is truly a happy day. 

I love you, My children, I love you. I promised you that no weapon 
formed against you will prosper. I am the Lord and I change not, I am 
the beginning and the end. In Me you live and move and have My being. I 
have set before you an open door, the door is open. All you have to do 
is walk through it.  Is that not a happy day, for I promised you I would 
open doors for you?  I promised I would not forsake you or leave you 
alone; I am there for you.  Remember I am the great "I AM" and I am the 
same yesterday, today and forevermore.  Is not that a happy day, because 
I am the great I AM?  Open your heart to receive and your ears to hear.
