Footprints

I received this vision/word during corporate prayer:

I was walking along a beach and I noticed that there were footprints in the sand. The prints were quite clear and in the wet sand just above the water line. As I followed the footprints along the beach, the surf rolled in and washed over the prints, but as it receded, the prints were still there. The water had not washed them away. This happened every few seconds, with the water never washing away the footprints. I continued to follow the "path" of these footprints. Pretty soon, I was following the prints over some rocks, then through pastures of thick green grass. Then along a river bank. Then I was following them up a mountain. No matter what the ground was like, I could always clearly see the footprints, even on rock and through thick grass.

The Lord then told me: "The footprints you see, are the path that I have set before you. If you continue to look to Me, to wholeheartedly seek after Me, the path which I have set for you will be clear. Even the seas and the waters cannot obscure or erase the path which I have set. As you continue to seek after Me, I will make plain the path which you are to take."
