Practicing His Character
------
Peace, be still. I have My plans. My purposes will be fulfilled even on
the
earth in these days. Look up, look up to Me and know I am in control.
You
know My heart, My motivations. You know I fear nothing. No man is a
threat
to Me. I am the Judge, the Lord over all and I will indeed shake the
heavens
and earth to show forth the beauty of My Son. Those that think they are
rich will know they are deceived. Some will turn away in anger but
others
will desire the truth. I will be with you to show forth My beauty
through
you. You will be My witnesses, witnesses to My true character. These
are
tough times, but My children, it is worthwhile. You shall see and even
rejoice in My ways.
For now, I say enter into My rest, that place of peace in Me that I've
prepared for you. You are never alone, but I am with you. Yes, closer
than
your very breath. So go forth knowing this: I'm working powerfully in
and
through you. This is a time of practice, give yourselves to practicing
My
character everywhere you go, with everyone you meet.
Go forward, My
children, learn now what I have to teach you and you will be prepared
for
the coming days. Don't let it come upon you like a thief in the night. Be
as
the wise virgins who kept their lamps trimmed with oil, that had a
reservoir
to carry them through. As you practice My character, embracing My ways,
you
dig deep the reservoir for Me to fill. You open yourself to My supply and
I
WILL supply. My love will flow through you and fill you. It will flow out
to
others and bring down strongholds. But first you must learn the art of
walking in My character. Practice, practice drawing from the well of
living
water. Let your roots grow down deep and draw up nourishment. This will
establish you in Me, more and more, so that when the winds of adversity
blow, you will not be threatened. Instead you will be like a tree planted
by
the rivers of living water. You shall be fed by Me, My children, and you
will bring forth fruit that is eternal. Healing will come forth from
your
leaves. But give yourselves to Me, individually and corporately. Give
yourselves to Me in love. Consecrate yourselves as wholly unto Me.
Forsake,
flee from other lovers and cleave to Me, for I am your only sure
foundation.
I am your only strength. Only in Me will you find the Lover of your
soul.
Come My children, now is the time. I've been waiting.
Know that every act of obedience is an act of worship when it's done out of love for Me.
