                   The Beginning and The End

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end.  All things
were created by Me and all things are contained in Me. I hold all the
world in My hand.  I give life and nothing can exist apart from Me.
I am Lord and Master of the universe and I divide the days of man into 
times and seasons, according to My purposes.

And the people of the earth divide their days into times and seasons 
according to their purpose.  They divide time into days and weeks 
and months and years.  And as one year passes away and another begins, 
they recognize this as a season of fresh starts, as a new beginning.
They see this as a time to put behind them the things and failures of
the past and to look ahead to their future.  Both My children and the 
unsaved do this, and I say that it is fitting and proper.  It is in
accordance with My plans and My will for humanity.

For it is My will to give people a fresh start.  It is My will to put
their failures and their sins far from them.  It is My will to break
the power of the pains and disappointments of the past off of My own
so that it has no more power over them.  I am the giver of life and of
fresh starts.

Mankind looks for life and fulfillment apart from Me, but he will not 
find it. For only I can give life and fulfillment.  And I desire to give 
it to each and every person, if only they would turn to Me, believe on Me
and receive Me as their Lord and master.  The lost cannot know this life
and they cannot know My fresh start, until they come to Me.

But My own people should know it.  It is for them. I purchased it for them
on Calvary at great expense.  Yet, so many of My own remain in bondage to
things of their past. They allow past failures to define their present 
limitations.  They allow past pains and fears to shape who they are today. 
They allow the enemy to tie them with the bonds of the past, to hinder 
them from what I am calling them to walk in.  They embrace rejection and
condemnation instead of choosing life and liberty.  They are miserable,
fearful and in pain.  I say to you, that is not the way things should be
in My people's life.  That is not My will for them.  

For I came that you might have abundant life, full of peace and joy and 
faith and confidence and hope.  I came to bring an end to the bondages 
of the past --  I came to break their power over you and to set you free 
from them.  So receive My freedom this very minute and allow Me to cut 
the bonds and set you free.  For I have called you to liberty and to 
life in Me. I have called you to be an overcoming one and to be victorious 
in My strength and in My power.  

I have called you to a new beginning.  Your sins of the past are forgotten
and no longer held against you.  They have no more power to separate you
from Me.  Let Me breathe on you, that you might be filled with My spirit
and with My presence and with My life.  I have called you to abundant life.
I have made a new beginning for you.  If you have not been walking in it,
now is the time to begin.  It is My plan for you and it is My will for 
you.  I desire that your joy be full, that your life be abundant and full 
of purpose, and that your relationship with Me be more intimate and closer
than you can imagine.  I desire to speak frequently to you, to sing over
you with My words of life and My words of love.  I have cleansed you and
set you in new white robes.  I have given you a clean slate.  So walk in
My ways, unhindered by the old things.

Child, this day marks a new day and a new season in both the spirit and
in the natural.  So put off the things of the past that hinder you and
embrace My way right now.  Walk in it.  Forget every misstep you have had
in your past.  Put them out of your mind and focus your attention and your
thoughts on Me.  Allow Me to lead you in My way, and you will find life
and liberty and abundance. Draw close to Me, for I desire to draw you 
closer than you have ever been.  I desire to shower you in My love and
to set My protection before and behind you.

Choose this day to walk in My way and I will empower you to do so. I will
give you that fresh start that you have been looking for and I will set
you on a good path. Come to Me. Receive My new beginning for you and My 
grace will overshadow you.  And I will thrust you into that place of 
victory in Me.  I can do this for you -- I can give you a fresh start and
a new beginning -- because I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning 
and the end.  So come to Me and let Me do it for you right now.
